Access
Any user with the Queuer
role can view the queuing dashboard and check in teams. From the volunteer menu, tap “Queue”.
Update team status
Tap a team number on the queuing dashboard in order to toggle the team’s status for that match. The status will toggle between 3 states:
- Not checked in (no icon): the team has not sent any drive team members to the field for this match
- Checked in (green checkmark): The team’s robot is in the queue for this match
- Human only (yellow person): The team’s robot is not here, but a human member of the drive team is present
This status is synced with all volunteers (including other queuers, field techs and scorekeepers), which allows for efficient communication of the team status.
