Add a backup teams to their assigned playoff alliance when they get confirmed by the head ref. This will notify the team that they have joined the alliance and enable them to receive queuing notifications during the rest of the playoffs.
Access
Any user with the Lead queuer role can add a backup team. From the volunteer menu, select the “Alliances” option.
Add backup team
Tap the backup column button in the row of the alliance that has called a backup.
A backup team can only be added to an alliance after it has played at least one match.
Select the highest ranked backup pool team. Toggle the option to not notify the backup team if they are already at the field.
Clear a backup team
Tap on the team you want to clear and then in the modal tap the “Clear team” button.
