Entering a scheduled match replay notifies all affected teams and adds the replay to the match schedule, just like all other matches.

Any user with the Lead queuer
role can schedule a match replay from the queuing page. FTAs should communicate with lead queuers when a replay is confirmed, but either can schedule it in Nexus.
When to schedule a replay
Schedule a replay in Nexus each time a match needs to be replayed at a later time. This should be done as soon as possible after it has been confirmed that a match will be replayed and when in the schedule the replay will occur.
If an immediate replay is decided (e.g. a foghorned match gets immediately reset), it should not be scheduled in Nexus since the teams are already present and do not need to be notified.
Schedule a replay
To schedule a replay, tap the menu icon next to the match status of the match that needs to be replayed. Then tap the “Schedule replay…” option. The match must be “On field” in order for a replay to be scheduled for it.
In the modal, select where in the schedule the replay should be inserted. Select the most accurate text for the notification that will be sent to all teams. Confirm the information is correct and tap “Schedule replay”.
The match replay can be viewed on the main queuing screen just like any other match.
Replays of replays
In the unfortunate event that a match replay needs to be replayed, select the “Schedule replay…” option next to the most recent replay match, not the original match.
Reordering replays
To change where in the schedule a replay appears, delete the replayed match and schedule it again in the correct position. Do not send another notification if it was already sent previously unless the original notification was incorrect.
